I appreciate it that it’s their policy to wear shoe covers in the house and to lay down tacky matting on stairs and finished floors that they must walk on. Also, workers may smoke themselves, but you’ll never know it because policy forbids smoking in or on the grounds of the home. The staff are friendly and polite as well as highly skilled. ‐ Michael H.
